How do I add an injury note?

- Login to your account at www.return2play.org.uk

- Select the ‘Players’ tab from the left hand menu bar

- Select the Player’s name

- Select ‘View Injury Details’

- Select ‘Add Injury Note’

- Enter your note and select ‘Save’
