How do I record an injury to my child or player?

- Login to your account at www.return2play.org.uk

- Select the ‘Players’ tab from the left hand menu bar

- Select the Player’s name

- Select ‘Add New Injury’

- Complete the online injury report form ensuring to select ‘Save & Finish’ at the

bottom of the Summary page.
