As part of our partnership with the school, we do indeed see any staff members who have had a head injury. So that we can get this organised, please could you email support@melioramedical.co.uk with the following details for the staff member:
Patient Full Name
Patient Full Name
Patient DOB
Patient Gender
Patient Gender
Patient email address (please do not use their work email address)
Please inform us of the injury and why you have emailed in.
We will then create them an account on the R2P System and reach out directly to them to help arrange an appointment. Please note that their account will not be linked to the school's account so no other members of staff will be able to see any personal or injury details.
