How do I view an injury?

Thank you for your email. You can view medical notes, and access resources via your Return2Play account. To do so:

Please ensure that you are logged into your account at www.return2play.org.uk. Your username is your email address and you can reset your password from the login page if needed using the "forgot password?" button.
Once you have logged in, select the ‘Players’ button from the account menu and click on the players name
On the far right of the relevant injury click "View injury details"
